These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phsaya governing your use of the phsaya platform, including all games, services, promotions, and payment facilities available at phsaya.lat. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use phsaya. This is a firm PAGCOR requirement. Providing false age information results in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
Each individual may hold only one phsaya account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and confiscation of funds derived from duplicate use.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering conditions are stated clearly on each bonus offer and in Section 8 of these Terms.
Withdrawals require completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. phsaya processes verified withdrawal requests promptly. phsaya reserves the right to delay withdrawal pending fraud review in exceptional circumstances.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and phsaya ("phsaya", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phsaya.lat. phsaya is a licensed online gaming operator regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR") and serves Filipino players across the Philippines.

By completing the registration process on the phsaya Platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you are a resident of the Philippines or are otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services; (c) you are accessing the Platform for personal recreational use only; (d) you are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction; and (e) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
These Terms apply to all access and use of the phsaya Platform, whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other supported access method. phsaya does not currently offer a dedicated downloadable application; all services are accessed via the web platform.
phsaya reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on phsaya.lat. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
The phsaya Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration, in accordance with PAGCOR's requirements governing online gaming in the Philippines. Players under 21 are categorically prohibited from registering or using any phsaya service.
Each individual person may register and maintain only one (1) phsaya Account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. phsaya employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts.
If phsaya determines that a player has operated multiple accounts, phsaya reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts, confiscate any balances obtained through duplicate account use, and void any winnings generated while operating prohibited duplicate accounts.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and residential address. You further agree to keep this information updated at all times. phsaya may require documentary proof of any registration information at any time as part of its KYC process.
phsaya is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. KYC verification typically requires submission of: a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS/GSIS ID, or PRC ID); and proof of residential address. Additional documentation may be requested at phsaya's discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phsaya Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to notify phsaya immediately via live chat or the support email if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
phsaya is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you, unless you have previously notified phsaya of a security breach.
You agree not to share your Account credentials with any third party, including family members. Allowing another person to use your phsaya Account is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
phsaya accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), and other methods as published on the Platform. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. phsaya does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit received from a payment method not matching your verified account identity may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the source of your most recent qualifying deposit, to the extent technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount and processing timeframes are displayed on the Cashier page and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
phsaya endeavors to process all verified withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary by payment method. GCash withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days.
phsaya reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before processing any withdrawal, which may temporarily delay the transaction. phsaya will communicate any such delays to the relevant player via the contact information on their Account.
All phsaya Account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phsaya does not support multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion fees are applied by phsaya; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
All games available on the phsaya Platform — including but not limited to slot games, live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, sic bo, poker), bingo, and jackpot bingo — are operated in accordance with their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface.
Electronic slot and RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generators that produce statistically random outcomes. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published within the game information panel. RTPs represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers and streamed in real time. Game outcomes in live dealer tables are determined by physical actions (card deals, roulette wheel spins, dice rolls) captured on camera and visible to players. phsaya does not manipulate live game outcomes.
In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or any other error that causes a game round to be incomplete or produces a clearly erroneous result, phsaya reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the bet amount to the player's wallet. This is the sole remedy in such circumstances.
phsaya's sports betting service covers a range of domestic and international sporting events, including Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) games, National Basketball Association (NBA) games, international football, UFC mixed martial arts, boxing, and other events as published on the Sports Events section of the Platform.
All sports bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation. Settlement of bets is based on official results declared by the relevant sporting organization or governing body. In the event of a postponement, abandonment, or cancellation of an event, phsaya's settlement rules as published on the Platform shall apply, which may include voiding affected bets and returning stakes.
phsaya reserves the right to void any sports bet placed in error (including incorrect odds displayed due to technical fault) or where the integrity of the event is in question. Suspicious betting patterns may result in bet voidance and account investigation.
phsaya offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other time-limited promotions. Each bonus offer is subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.
phsaya reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or replace any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that ongoing wagering requirements already accepted by a player will be honored under their original terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phsaya Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:
All content on the phsaya Platform — including but not limited to the phsaya brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, databases, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of phsaya or its licensed content providers, protected under Philippine intellectual property laws and applicable international conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phsaya Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any phsaya intellectual property without prior written authorization.
phsaya collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the phsaya Privacy Policy, which is available at phsaya.lat/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Republic Act 10173 — the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations.
By using the phsaya Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your personal data is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications.
phsaya does not sell your personal data to third parties. phsaya may share your personal data with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement bodies as required by Philippine law.
phsaya is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. phsaya recognizes that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and provides the following tools and resources within your phsaya Account settings:
phsaya strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. phsaya also prohibits access by individuals who have self-excluded. If you are concerned about your gambling habits, please visit the Responsible Gaming page at phsaya.lat/responsible-gaming and seek appropriate support.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phsaya, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits or revenue; (c) loss of data; (d) loss of goodwill; or (e) any damages arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform.
phsaya's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.
phsaya makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
phsaya may, from time to time, be required to take the Platform offline for scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, security updates, or other operational requirements. phsaya will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned maintenance via the Platform or player communications where practicable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
phsaya is not liable for any losses — whether of in-progress bets, bonus validity, or otherwise — arising from unplanned service interruptions caused by technical failure, force majeure events (including acts of God, natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or government actions), or third-party service provider outages.
phsaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player Account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) phsaya suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct; (c) the player's continued use poses a risk to other players or the integrity of the Platform; (d) required by PAGCOR or other regulatory or law enforcement authority; or (e) the player has self-excluded.
In the event of Account closure due to breach of these Terms, phsaya reserves the right to confiscate any Account balance that is derived from or associated with the prohibited conduct. Where Account closure is for other reasons (such as voluntary closure or regulatory requirement), phsaya will process any remaining real-money balance in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completed KYC verification.
You may request voluntary closure of your phsaya Account at any time by contacting phsaya support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period. Outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and phsaya, you agree to first contact phsaya support via live chat or the support email to attempt informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, as phsaya is a PAGCOR-licensed operator subject to PAGCOR's player protection framework.
Any legal proceedings not resolved through the above process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
phsaya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. All amendments will be published on phsaya.lat with an updated effective date. For material amendments, phsaya will endeavor to notify registered players via their registered email address or in-Platform notification with reasonable advance notice where practicable.
Your continued use of the phsaya Platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
